You develop web solutions. We develop you.
Live, epic, working event Profitable WordPress Developer Bootcamp
October 9-13, 2017 Milwaukee, WI USA or where you are via livestream
Get on the list!
Software is not the only thing that needs development or optimization. We are coming to help you develop and optimize the way you work.
Technical + Project Management + Business
This Bootcamp is specifically designed for you to increase your profitability, efficiency, and effectiveness to deliver high-quality solutions that maximize your client’s and your return-on-investment (ROI).
Your processes and code are not working to make you more productive and effective.
Your projects are too costly and taking too long to deliver and support. You’re not as productive or effective as you could be. Let’s change that for you.
Your entire approach and processes should make you better and keep you focused on solving the problem and delivering the high-quality, robust solution…faster.
We’re focusing on mastering how to think about code and each element that goes into its production and lifecycle. Workflow. Architecture. Build. Testing. Deployment. Support.
Produce reusable, readable, and maintainable code modules that empower you to plop them into your project and move on to what’s new.
Integrate testing into the build cycle to squash bugs before you ship them to the client.
Automate everything you can to increase your efficiency. Tools and processes must support the way you work and make you better at it. If no, dump it.
What else will you gain by attending?
Scope and budget are anchors weighing you down.
Having trouble developing these communication tools? How accurate are your budgets to what it really takes you to deliver? Do you measure yourself to it? Are you defining a clear scope of work? We can help you.
Scope and estimates are not guestimates, but rather deeply rooted into what you already know and isolating what you don’t. They are communication tools.
Learn effective scope definition techniques to define what is being built and how it will solve the problem.
Develop systems and a process for estimating your projects. Nope, it’s not a guessing game to drive you crazy. Rather, it’s built from the history of how you work and what you do know.
Develop reporting tools to measure and communicate with the entire team. Stay on the same page and know where you are in the project.
What else will you gain by attending?
You’re finding it hard to make money and grow your WordPress business.
As a developer, you’re wired for the technical side of your business. Being an entrepreneur demands that you’re proficient in many non-technical areas such as sales, marketing, strategic planning, and taking out the trash (aha, you are paying attention).
You have to know your market. Then position your business to reach your market and provide them with real value and return on their investment (ROI).
Success means something different to each person. We’re focused on growing your profitability and helping you to serve your market.
Position your business to add value to your target market. Know your market. Know their pain points. Know what gives you a competitive advantage.
Develop strategies to attract, convert, and retain your market. It’s all about communication, building trust, and then walking the walk by delivering to delight.
Develop a suite of tools, methodologies, processes, and strategies to put your business on a path for success and sustainable growth.
What else will you gain by attending?
Who should attend?

Let’s Answer Your Questions (or the ones I think you’ll ask me)
Here are a few FAQs to help you wrap your noodle around what I’m proposing.
Great question. Virtual screencasts and courses are a wonderful way to teach the masses and help you to level up on your schedule. But I can’t see the problems you are having or the puzzled look on your face when something just doesn’t click for you.
When you and I are in the same room together, we’ll be able to work together to ensure you are maximizing your time to really get the concepts. And if a question or problem arises, I can help you in the moment.
It’s maximizing your learning while minimizing your time.
Plus, there is a synergy that happens when we get a group of developers and experts in the same room. You will learn from your peers and hear the answers to questions you may never have even thought of, but that are relevant to you.
Is it a software bootcamp like Iron Yard, General Assembly, or others?
Our Bootcamp focuses on our industry and helping you in a holistic manner. We know that you can’t afford to pack up your life and live in Wisconsin USA for 3-6 months. Therefore, we will do an intense 5-day in-person session to get you started and then a virtual series of courses when you return home. It’s a hybrid approach, tailored to the needs of our Community and ecosystem.
It’s tailored for you.
What will it cost?
We are still working on the budget and curriculum. Once it’s completed, then we can build the ROI and value to determine the ticket price. We’ll be seeking sponsorships to help offset costs and get the ticket prices down. At the moment, we do not have a number for you.
It will not be the cost of other software bootcamps like General Assembly, The Software Guild, or Hack Reactor. It will be priced for the value that it gives to you and your business.
Imagine coming to a Bootcamp like this, hearing from top experts and your fellow peers, and coming home to do the coursework. The goal is to help you leap forward and turn your business into a sustainable, full-time venture. What is that worth to you? Can you put a price on that?
You can keep struggling to increase your profit margins. Or you can come to this Bootcamp and then get to work transforming your business and career. Think about it.
What will I need?
You’ll need to buy a ticket and get yourself to the venue in Milwaukee, Wisconsin USA. You’ll need to make yourself a promise to commit yourself to the process. You’ll need a laptop. You’ll need to the prerequisite work to prepare for the Bootcamp (we’ll lay out a roadmap when the time comes).
We’ll help you to get your laptop ready with DesktopServer, VVV, VV, CLI, and so much more. We’ll help you to build your workflow and processes.
What skill level do I need to attend?
I’m going to assume that you are a beginner and start right from the beginning. Therefore, all skill levels are welcome. There will be a list of prerequisites you will need to complete before the Bootcamp which will include introductory level courses in HTML, CSS, PHP, and WordPress. Don’t worry. You can do this!
How does my Know the Code membership work with this Bootcamp?
Your membership is separate from this event. A Pro Membership covers your access to all of the Pro content and theme and plugin building labs. The labs, Docx, and insights work together to promote continuous, forever learning.
The Bootcamp and program are specifically targeted at teaching you a profitable process of an entire web project from idea to live and beyond. It’s helping you to develop your processes, workflow, and metrics as well as positioning your business to maximize your revenue machine.
Then you use your Pro Membership to further your learning forever. Know the Code helps you to master the profession and craft of web development.
Is the cost of this Bootcamp included with my Know the Code membership?
No, as webinars, courses, and Bootcamps are separate from your membership. However, Pro Yearly members do get discounts for these type of events. And lifetime members get even better discounts.
Tickets will sell out fast! Make sure you get on the list right now to stay in the know!
We reserve the right to cancel this event due to low enrollment, other circumstances that would make the event nonviable, or an unforeseen circumstance, such as weather or emergency.
