You develop web solutions. We develop you.
Live, epic, working event Profitable WordPress Developer Bootcamp
October 9-13, 2017 Milwaukee, WI USA or where you are via livestream
Get on the list!
Software is not the only thing that needs development or optimization. We are coming to help you develop and optimize the way you work.
Technical + Project Management + Business
This Bootcamp is specifically designed for you to increase your profitability, efficiency, and effectiveness to deliver high-quality solutions that maximize your client’s and your return-on-investment (ROI).
Problem:
Your processes and code are not working to make you more productive and effective.
Your projects are too costly and taking too long to deliver and support. You’re not as productive or effective as you could be. Let’s change that for you.
Your entire approach and processes should make you better and keep you focused on solving the problem and delivering the high-quality, robust solution…faster.
We’re focusing on mastering how to think about code and each element that goes into its production and lifecycle. Workflow. Architecture. Build. Testing. Deployment. Support.
Produce reusable, readable, and maintainable code modules that empower you to plop them into your project and move on to what’s new.
Integrate testing into the build cycle to squash bugs before you ship them to the client.
Automate everything you can to increase your efficiency. Tools and processes must support the way you work and make you better at it. If no, dump it.
What else will you gain by attending?
Problem:
Scope and budget are anchors weighing you down.
Having trouble developing these communication tools? How accurate are your budgets to what it really takes you to deliver? Do you measure yourself to it? Are you defining a clear scope of work? We can help you.
Scope and estimates are not guestimates, but rather deeply rooted into what you already know and isolating what you don’t. They are communication tools.
Learn effective scope definition techniques to define what is being built and how it will solve the problem.
Develop systems and a process for estimating your projects. Nope, it’s not a guessing game to drive you crazy. Rather, it’s built from the history of how you work and what you do know.
Develop reporting tools to measure and communicate with the entire team. Stay on the same page and know where you are in the project.
What else will you gain by attending?
Problem:
You’re finding it hard to make money and grow your WordPress business.
As a developer, you’re wired for the technical side of your business. Being an entrepreneur demands that you’re proficient in many non-technical areas such as sales, marketing, strategic planning, and taking out the trash (aha, you are paying attention).
You have to know your market. Then position your business to reach your market and provide them with real value and return on their investment (ROI).
Success means something different to each person. We’re focused on growing your profitability and helping you to serve your market.
Position your business to add value to your target market. Know your market. Know their pain points. Know what gives you a competitive advantage.
Develop strategies to attract, convert, and retain your market. It’s all about communication, building trust, and then walking the walk by delivering to delight.
Develop a suite of tools, methodologies, processes, and strategies to put your business on a path for success and sustainable growth.
What else will you gain by attending?
Who should attend?
Do you develop WordPress solutions? Then you need to attend.
