When I go to Basic or Pro episodes, the videos are locked. I can’t view them. I’m logged in, but I can’t access the videos.
Step 1:
Refresh your browser. Is the video viewable for you now?
If yes, then it’s due to the aggressive caching. Our recent site upgrades have caused caching issues on the first page load for our members. Refreshing your browser loads a new version for you.
If no, then go to the next step.
Step 2:
Go to your account and make sure that you have a valid membership. If the episode requires a Pro membership, make sure your membership subscription is up-to-date and active. You can view your subscription by clicking here: my subscriptions.
